Mechanism for assessing social and economic efficiency in the project management system of public-private partnership of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article assesses the current state of public-private partnership project management system in Republic Kazakhstan, particular one its components. In paper, authors analyzed mechanism for evaluating socio-economic indicators effectiveness selection potential investment projects planned implementation through PPP. It was revealed that due to modernization PPP a change regulatory framework, there an expansion set alternatives projects, which did not remove, but on contrary aggravated problem their selection. Based this, have developed improved model assessing efficiency by including blocks comparative advantage and involving experts field planning examination social economic these projects. This will increase multiplicative effect society related areas ensure trend towards quality rather than quantity
